Daring To Be Different.
Putting YOU First.
You hate the usual real estate agent bio and so do I. They are identical to the thousands of other bios out there. In a world where everyone follows the same methods and is satisfied with the same boring results I dare to be different. Challenging the stereotypes and “it’s all about me” mindset many agents have, I dare to change the narrative, through innovative and unique strategies, YOU are prioritized and getting the best deal for you matters.
Real answers to questions that are applicable to YOU.
- Will you return my calls/texts/emails?
Absolutely! As my client, YOU are always my #1 priority.
My phone is permanently attached to me. Agents have a nasty habit of not answering their phones and taking forever to reply to their clients. There is no excuse for this. Yes, I do get many calls/texts daily but if I cannot answer my phone when it rings I make sure I reply as quickly as possible to everyone.
- I have met many Realtors, why should I choose you?
Trust is something that has to be earned but I can promise you that I will always be honest and you will never have to wonder what I am doing on your behalf. Unlike the majority of agents out there who copy the same old outdated strategies, I dare to be different. Using cutting edge technologies and techniques that deliver results you will walk away knowing you got the very best deal in the shortest amount of time possible.
- What are you good at?
I LOVE to negotiate. It may surprise you that many agents hate this part of the job. This why it is so important to use an agent that always works in your best interest and is a key area where I set myself apart from the crowd. I will always work to get you the best deal.
- What if I’m not sure I am ready to buy/sell?
No worries!! I am always happy to just talk to you. Buying and selling a house is a very personal decision and not one to be taken lightly or forced into. I LOVE talking about real estate and getting to know people. Building relationships is what I’m all about and is why I never put my professional goals over my client’s.
